BURI RESORT AND SPA : TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Payments :
  • 50% down payment is required to confirm reservation.
  • Payment may be made in our booking office located at Room 314 Peninsula Court Building, Paseo de Roxas, Makati City, Metro Manila or a cash/cheque deposit may be made through any Banco de Oro branch to our account Buri Resort & Spa, Inc. Account # 472-800-5645 (Peso) Account # 472-013-7183 (US Dollar).
  • 50% balance of amount due including all pre-booked services such as transfers is required 72 hours prior to arrival at the resort.
  • Wire Transfer may also be arranged through the same Banco de Oro account with SWIFT code: BNORPHMM
  • We also accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and JCB credit card payments
 
Cancellation :
  • Cancellations made 72 hours prior to date of arrival – Forfeiture of total deposit.
  • 4 – 14 days prior to date of arrival – Forfeiture of 50% of total deposit.
  • In case of No-show the full amount of the stay will be charged.
  • During Premium season periods, the full charges for your stay including taxes and service charge is due one month prior to your date of arrival and is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation due to Force Majeure shall be open for rebooking within 60 days.
Note: For cancellations on bookings made through credit card payment or wire transfer applicable fees such as credit card processing & service charge shall be applied.
 
Re-booking or Booking Alterations :
  • Re-booking fee is US$ 30.00 or Php 1,500.00 (not applicable in case of Force Majeure).
  • Booking alterations have to be arranged through our booking office at least a week in advance. No alterations will be allowed upon arrival in the resort.
  • Booking extensions are subject to availability.
